Our new doypacks are a tactile celebration of traditional craftsmanship, featuring bespoke lino-cut artwork meticulously hand-carved by renowned Irish artist and illustrator Steve Doogan. A true labour of love, every hand-carved detail on the pouch tells a story of local plant folklore and our home on the Wild Atlantic Way. Printed entirely on 100% home-compostable materials, this packaging bridges ancient heritage with modern sustainability, bringing art and the Irish language beautifully into your daily tea ritual.

The Heart of Home
The back of our pouch features a traditional Irish cottage surrounded by native heritage, old orchards, and wild hedgerows. This design is inspired by the peaceful view right outside our door, where the beauty of ancient stone walls meets our quiet garden. It is the very place where we slow down, honour ancient plant lore, and find grounding inspiration for every organic blend we create.

The Guardian of the Garden: Rosie
If you look closely at the lino-cut art, you'll spot a tiny nod to our family cat, Rosie. She loves to play around the house and sun herself in the garden, keeping us company as we blend our herbs.

The Roots of Plant Lore:
The prominent dandelion motifs hand-carved into our packaging celebrate the wild botanicals and pollinating honeybees that thrive along the Irish hedgerows, anchoring our formulas in native herbalism.

Founded in 2008 by Medical Herbalists BSc (Hons), Jörg & Karin Müller, we specialise in blending organic teas and herbal infusions. Solaris Tea is a family-run, award-winning tea company based in Galway, on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland.

We curate first-flush, spring harvest whole-leaf teas & botanical infusions. Organic & B Corp™ Certified, using 100% sustainably sourced raw materials. This project honours the native language of Éire, the richness of its heritage and plant folklore, and the re-awakening of Gaeilge in modern Irish culture.
