As part of Blas na Bealtaine month in Galway,  Jörg Müller BSc (Hons) - Medical Herbalist, Forager and co-owner of Solaris Tea brings you on a plant adventure to find botanical treasures. Jörg will help you to identify over 30 native plants to treat common complaints and provide first aid magic to empower and inspire curious minds, both young and old.

Jörg started foraging from early childhood – he is passionate about helping you to connect to your natural environment and to empower people to re discover native medicines and foods. In this course you will learn how to safely identify at least 30 culinary and medicinal wild plants and how to use them.

Joerg has appeared foraging on Garrai Glas (TG4) & Faoi Blath (RTE1) as well as the renowned Yoga Picnic, and has given foraging courses in Ireland for over 20 years.
