A rich, earthy flavour is created as the buds undergo a unique process of fermentation to help activate health-promoting ingredients. It is then aged for more than 6 years to define and perfect its unique, enthralling flavour.
Research has shown that this particular grade of Pu-Erh contains more active ingredients compared to a lower grade Pu-Erh and clinical studies confirm its effectiveness in lowering cholesterol and aiding weight loss.

• Use ½ tsp per mug of 100°C hot water
• Infuse for 3 min

About Pur-Erh Tea
This tea owes its name to the town of Pu’er, located in a Chinese province known as Yunnan. It is a special variety of fermented tea. Its unique processing method encourages microbial fermentation after tea leaves are dried.
It has a distinctive, rich, earthy flavour and it is also used by many as a digestif after meals. Some also use it as a cure against hangovers.
