White Tea is the least processed of all the teas and research has proven that it also contains the highest antioxidant content. It is therefore significantly more beneficial to health and well being. It is a top grade, first flush tea that is naturally low in caffeine. It is hand-blended with freshly crushed herbs to create a unique and tantalising blend.
Solaris White Tea Chai consists of the White Peony variety which is carefully sourced from the Wenyang Tea Plantation in the Fujian Province of China.
We carefully hand blend the tea with selected spices to create a silky smooth flavour with an oriental top note. The spices added include cardamom, alongside a blend of star Anis, lemon peel, orange peel and whole cloves.
