Sustainable Solaris joins Origin Green

  The Solaris Team are thrilled to announce that we are now a member of the Bord Bia Origin Green Progam. This is a unique programme in which some of Ireland's leading foodservice companies and farmers have joined together in an attempt to increase sustainability amongst exports. The aim is to 'have 100% of Ireland's Food and Drinks exports on the way to sustainability by 2016'.

The Origin Green members are all similar in that they are fully committed to sustainability within their businesses. This appeals to export markets as they are officially assured when working with the Origin Green companies. Ireland is an ideal setting for sustainability and through Origin Green, Bord Bia are working to promote our green reputation internationally.

We are delighted to be a part of Origin Green after an in depth application process. We also look forward to working further with Bord Bia to promote our sustainability efforts. Watch this space for progress!
